About BUZAU BUSINESS CENTER

Buzau Business Center, launched in early 2008, is the most modern and functional office building in Buzau. It is the only one classified class A according to BOMA standards.

The building is situated in the downtown area of ​​Buzau city, located at the intersection of the main boulevards that cross the city - Unirii Boulevard (DN2 E85) and Transylvania Boulevard (DN10).

With a height regime of B + GF + 6F, Buzau Business Center has a built area of ​​7,871 sqm and a total usable area of ​​6,990 sqm. The structure of the building consists of three attached wings, and only the A and B wings reach the 6th floor. The 6th floor includes 3 conference rooms with annexes, as well as a generous terrace overlooking the entire city of Buzau.

  • access control, burglary, and sound system for access areas and common areas.

The floors in the office area are canted with 15 cm, ensuring a flexible installation of power and voice-data circuits.

Parking space

Buzau Business Center is offering to his tenants 100 parking spaces, placed above ground. The surface of each parking space varies between 12 sqm - 16 sqm. Access to the parking lot is secured by a remote-controlled barrier and traffic surveillance cameras.

Specifications and functions

Buzau Business Center has a mixed structure, diaphragms and reinforced concrete frames. The exterior walls are curtain type, with insulated glass panels and aluminum structure with thermal break. In this way, the office spaces benefit from natural light and a special view over the city.

The air conditioning system is provided with four-pipe fan coils, the equipment is ensuring a low energetic consumption. The building is also provided with solar panels, which leads to a significant decrease in electricity consumption. For safety, the building is equipped with electric generator sets and UPS on each level. The voice-data facility allows customers access to any operator, as well as directly contacting the desired supplier.
